How Do You Handle Shipping Damage?

Nevertheless, accidents occasionally happen. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If your merchandise was damaged in transit, notify both the carrier and Customer Service (phone 888-401-1900) within 24 hours, and retain all packing materials. We'll try to make the replacement process as quick and painless as possible.
